Delete from inside the Levly app
When this is available in the production app, use:
Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account
Follow the in-app confirmation steps. You may be asked to verify that the request is coming from you.

Delete your Levly account
You can permanently delete your Levly account and associated personal data. Deletion is permanent.
Deleting a Levly account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, manage or
cancel billing separately. Manage or cancel your subscription.
Option 2
Request account deletion from this website
You do not need to have the Levly app installed to request deletion. This form does not delete your account automatically. It prepares an email to Neave Labs so we can process the request.
- We may need to verify your identity before deleting the account.
- After verification we delete the account and associated personal data, except information Neave Labs is legally required to retain, such as certain tax records in the Netherlands (up to seven years).
- We handle verified requests without undue delay and within one month, unless the GDPR allows a longer period.
- You may lose Habits, Tasks, XP, Coins, Rewards, Achievements and other Levly data. This cannot be undone.
