Purchased Levly through Apple?
Open your Apple ID subscription settings to change or cancel your plan. On iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions, then choose Levly.

Manage or cancel your Levly subscription
Subscriptions are managed through the store where they were purchased. Neave Labs cannot cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription on your behalf.
Google Play
Purchased Levly through Google Play?
Open the Google Play Subscription Center to change or cancel your plan. In the Play Store app, go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, then choose Levly.
Deleting the Levly app does not cancel your subscription.
You need to cancel it in the store where you subscribed.
What happens after you cancel
After cancellation, access normally remains available until the end of the current paid period, subject to the policies of the store where the subscription was purchased.
To avoid being charged after a free trial, cancel before the trial ends.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also have a 14-day cooling-off right, unless that right has ended for digital content or services under the rules explained in the Terms of Use. Store cancellation still has to be done through Apple or Google.
Price, VAT and billing period are shown in the App Store or Google Play before you subscribe. Localized prices may vary by region.
